It is a kerliate recipe made with drum sticks and tamarind!
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds.
- When the seeds crackle, add the red chilli, chana dal and coconut and saute till the coconut turns golden brown.
- Add the tamarind water and drumsticks and pumpkin and mix well.
- Add the salt, mix well and cook till the vegetables are soft.
- Serve hot.
