    Method
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the red chilli, chana dal and coconut and saute till the coconut turns golden brown.
  3. Add the tamarind water and drumsticks and pumpkin and mix well.
  4. Add the salt, mix well and cook till the vegetables are soft.
  5. Serve hot.
