Wild beyond your wildest imagination, this tikki brings together a range of zesty ingredients like potatoes, garlic and cheese.
Almonds give this Potato Cheese Garlic Tikki a nutty dimension while onion adds crunch and herbs like coriander and mint boost the aroma and flavour. Each bite has a wonderful appetizing effect, making you yearn for more.

- Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into 16 equal portions and shape each portion into a flat round tikki.
- Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan and deep-fry, a few tikkis at a time, on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Serve immediately with green chutney.
