A cool delicious dessert item, Pineapple walnut souffle is a souffle recipe prepared from eggs, pineapples, sugar and chopped walnuts. A classic dessert item which is best enjoyed on a hot summer afternoon.

For Souffle :
1 1/2 cups cream
1 cup pineapple juice
8 tbsp sugar
2 1/2 tbsp cornflour
4 tsp gelatine
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (akhrot)

For Glaze:
1 cup pineapple juice
1 tbsp cornflour
6 tsp sugar
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp yellow food colour

For souffle:

    For souffle:
  1. Mix pineapple juice,cornflour,sugar and cook until thick.remove from fire.
  2. Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup water in a double boiler.
  3. Mix gelatin with juice mixture.
  4. Whip cream till thick and add to the above mixture.
  5. Add walnuts.
  6. Refrigerate till set.

For glaze:

    For glaze:
  1. Mix pineapple juice,cornflour and sugar and cook till thick.
  2. Remove from fire.add lemon juice and food colour.
  3. When the souffle is set pour the glaze on top and put to set again.
  4. Mix
