Pasta with cheese and herbs are a mouthwatering combination of boiled and drained pasta topped with grated cheese and herbs and then baked till cheese melts. The pasta and cheese dish makes for a perfect cheesy snack item.

  1. Add pasta to a large pan of rapidly boiling water and cook until just tender. drain and return to the pan. when pasta is almost cooked, heat oil in a non stick heavy based frying pan.
  2. Add garlic and chilly to pan and saute for one minute over low heat.
  3. Add oil mixture, herbs, salt and pepper to pasta. toss well until the mixture coats pasta thoroughly.
  4. Add cubes of ricotta cheese and serve immediately.
