A brilliant combination of cottage cheese, peppers and spring onions comes together in the Paneer and Capsicum Hot Dog Roll, making it a treat that is sure to excite the taste buds. Kids will love the vibrant flavours and varied textures of the ingredients in this roll, and are sure to enjoy every bite.
- Divide the filling into 4 equal portions and keep aside.
- Slit each hot dog roll horizontally into 2.
- Brush the inside of each hot dog roll with a little melted butter and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 5 minutes.
- Stuff a portion of the filling on each baked hot dog roll and again bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c (360°f) for another 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
