4large ripe and sweet mangoes, peeled and pureed,
1 cup sugar,
2tsps lemon juice,
1/4cup fresh scraped or grinded coconut, 1cupfresh heavy cream,
mango and coconut slices and pudina leaves to garnish

  1. Beat the cream with the sugar and lemon juice. add the beaten cream to the mango puree. mix well. add scraped or grinded coconut and mix. pour into a bowl and cover with a lid and place in the freezer until half-frozen. transfer the mixture to another bowl and beat again until smooth. freeze this mixture for 3 hours. remove from the freezer and bea
