4large ripe and sweet mangoes, peeled and pureed,
1 cup sugar,
2tsps lemon juice,
1/4cup fresh scraped or grinded coconut, 1cupfresh heavy cream,
mango and coconut slices and pudina leaves to garnish
- Beat the cream with the sugar and lemon juice. add the beaten cream to the mango puree. mix well. add scraped or grinded coconut and mix. pour into a bowl and cover with a lid and place in the freezer until half-frozen. transfer the mixture to another bowl and beat again until smooth. freeze this mixture for 3 hours. remove from the freezer and bea
