Kali Dal with Rajma recipe - How to make Kali Dal with Rajma

  1. Pressure cook the dal and rajma for 5 to 6 whistles or till cooked.
  2. Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid. Keep aside.
  3. Heat the ghee in a kadhai and add the cumin seeds.
  4. When the seeds crackle, add the ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.
  5. Add the onions and tomatoes and saute for 3 minutes.
  6. Add the dal and rajma along with the other ingredients and mix well.
  7. Cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
  8. Serve hot garnished with coriander.
