  1. Combine the green peas, corn, onion, garlic, salt and 3 cups of water in a deep non-stick pan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 10 minutes ,while stirring occasionally.
  2. Cool completely, once cooled blend in a mixer till smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture back into the same pan, add the milk, salt and pepper, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve hot.
