Crunchy Choco Squares recipe - How to make Crunchy Choco Squares

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 servings

Ingredients
60 gms cornflakes
90 gms grated coconut
90 gms sugar
150 gms plain flour (maida)
2 tbsp drinking chocolate
170 gms melted butter
225 gms icing sugar
a few drops of cold water
Method
  1. Crush the cornflakes and mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Add the melted butter and mix well.
  3. Grease a 8 inch square baking tin put mixture into the tin and press down firmly.
  4. Pre-heat the oven to 190 Degree Celsius and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Leave aside to cool and do not turn out baking tin until its cool
  6. Mix the icing sugar and drinking chocolate with a few drops of water to make a thick toppings.
  7. When cold spread the topping evenly over the top and put in the fridge to set when set cut into squares.
  8. Serve chilled.
