do not use thick canned cream..
use only fresh home made cream.

Method

  1. Take the freshly made tomato puree in a thick bottom deep dish and put on medium flame.
  2. Add fresh and fine ground cream to the boiling tomato puree.
  3. Add sugar.
  4. Add salt to taste.
  5. On boiling add the cashew paste and mixwell.
  6. Serve hot with little pepper lemon and butter on top
