Broccoli, the key ingredient of this juice, is rich in antioxidants like vitamins A and C, which are very effective in beating stress. The fruits used in the preparation of this juice are also chockfull of antioxidants and fibre, and they help to perk up the bland taste of broccoli too.
- Combine all the ingredients along with ¾ cup of water in a juicer and blend till smooth.
- Pour equal quantities of the juice into 4 individual glasses.
- Serve immediately.
