Black Tea is one of the simplest and most refreshing drinks, forged with the cultures of most world communities. When you visit some places, ‘tea trails’ are part of the heritage and cultural tours. You will realize in such occasions that every tea has a character of its own.
Having your tea black helps you experience the characteristics of different types of tea – its colour, strength, flavour, etc. Here is how to make the perfect Black Tea, sweetened with sugar. It is important to dissolve the sugar completely in the boiling water first before adding the tea, to get the correct strength and consistency.
Serve Black Tea with Jar Snacks like Baked Puris , Cheese Chilli Frisbees , Herbed Sticks and Shakarpara .
Method- Combine the sugar and 2 cups of water in a saucepan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

- Add the tea powder, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

- Strain immediately using a strainer and discard the tea powder.

- Serve immediately.
