This easy-to-make chutney combines gooseberries with ingredients like green chillies, ginger and coriander, which balance the tartness of amla beautifully. vitamin C rich amla is commonly available in the winter, and this recipe is a must-try when amla is in season.
You can store it in the refrigerator for 4-5 days and enjoy it with rotis and parathas.
