1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1/4 cup sliced coloucapsicum red (yellow , and green)
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1/4 cup grated carrot
3/4 cup boiled noodles
1 1/2 tbsp oil
salt to taste
a few drops of soy sauce

For Serving
soy sauce
chillies in vinegar
chilli sauce

  1. Heat the oil in a wok/ kadhai, add the cabbage, capsicum, bean sprouts and carrot, mix well and sauté on a high flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Add the noodles, mix well and cook on a high flame for 1 minute.
  3. Add 2 cups of hot water, salt and soy sauce, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve hot with soy sauce, chilies in vinegar, chili sauce
