Ingredients

4 large sized tomatoes
1 " piece of ginger (adrak)
salt to taste
sugar to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
Method


  1. Blanch the tomatoes. alternatively, pressure cook for one whistle.
  2. Cool and remove the skins.
  3. Blend in a mixie along with the ginger, salt and sugar.
  4. Pass through a coarse strainer to remove only the seeds.
  5. Add the lime juice.
  6. Chill and serve.
