A low cal dessert for all sweet tooths!
Method- Combine the curds, sugar, cardamom powder and saffron and milk mixture and blend in mixer till smooth.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- After that place ½ cup of mixed fruit in each serving bowl, top with ¼ cup of shrikhand and serve immediately.
- Serve chilled.
