Stir fry soya is a simple and irrestible soya recipe with the soya chunks stir fried with chopped onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic and select seasoning powders.

Stir Fry Soya recipe - How to make Stir Fry Soya

Ingredients:
Oil : 2 tsp.
Soya : 150gms
Onions : 2 Julienned
Ginger garlic paste : 1 spoon
Tomatoes:1 Chopped
Chillies :2 (as per required)
Curry leaves: few
Coriander: chopped
Pepper :powdered 1 spoon
- Method:
- Soak soya in water for 10-15 minutes and drain excess water.
- In a kadai , heat oil, add onions, ginger garlic paste,tomatoes, curry leaves and stir fry till onins turn golden brown.
- Then add the soya and fry well . cover the kadai with alid for 10 minutes .
- Sprinkle salt and pepper as per taste required and top it with coriander .
- Stir fry soya is ready
