Ingredients
3 mangoes
falooda seeds (subza) or sweet basil seeds – 4-5 tbsp.
ragi (nachni / red millet) starch – 1 cup (ready made white colour with I278 and I262 in it)
honey – 1/4 cup
low fat milk – half litre
ice cubes – 8-10nos_spell!
water as required
Method
    Method
  1. Mango mix – Peel mango's. Blend till smooth paste. Keep in the freeze.
  2. Subja mix – Soak subja or sweet basil seeds in the water for 8-10 minutes. Once soaked add warm and cooled milk in it. Add honey and mix well keep it in the freeze.
  3. Ragi starch mix –
  4. In bowl take 1 1/2 cup water add ragi starch mix. (If its plain mixture, need to add sugar or honey – 4-5tbsp and cardamom powder ¼ tbsp) Mix well without any lumps.
  5. Heat pan pour this mixture. Cook till mixture thickens. Now add warm milk. Keep stirring without any lumps. Once thickens, cool down. Pour the mixture in bowl and refrigerate it.
  6. For Serving –
  7. Blend ice cubes in a blender till slushy.
  8. Take glass. Put crushed ice mixture at the bottom of glass. Press bit with the help of spoon. Pour one layer of Mango pulp. Second layer of subja and milk mix. Scoop ragi starch mixture on top. Serve with straw and spoon. Garnish with mango pulp, ragi starch mixture.
