Ingredients

1 cup poppy seeds (khus-khus)
1 cup fine sugar
1 tbsp desi ghee
2 tsp milk
Method


  1. Soak khuskhus overnight.
  2. Grind the khuskhus into fine paste using little water.
  3. Heat ghee in a kadhai and add khuskhus paste.
  4. Stir continuosly in medium flame till the mixture becomes golden brown.(approx 20-25 mins)
  5. Add milk, sugar and mix well till the sugar dissolves. it will leave the side.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot or cold.
