Ingredients
juice of 4 oranges
1 tsp cornflour
3 cups fresh hung curds (dahi)
2 tsp castor sugar
1 tsp orange marmalade
1 tsp orange essence
1/4 cup mixed dry fruits

For The Garnish
1/4 cup canned cherries , readily available in the market
1/4 cup orange pieces
Method
    Method
  1. Heat a small non-stick pan, add the orange juice and cornflour, mix well and cook till the mixture becomes thick.
  2. Cool, add the orange marmalade, orange essence and sugar and mix well.
  3. Add the dry fruits, mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  4. Serve chilled garnished with cherries and orange pieces.

Can you please describe the method in a more clearer way. In the first method, its said that keep the orange peel in cold water....Then where are the peels used? And where are the orange marmalade and nuts used in the recipe?
