Ingredients
1 cup mint
1/2 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
3 chopped green chillies
2 tsp lemon juice
2 cloves (laung / lavang)
2 cups cooked rice (chawal)
salt to taste
3 tbsp ghee
Method
    Method
  1. Combine the mint , coriander,little salt and green cillies and blend till smooth.
  2. Add this to the rice and boil on low flame for 10 min until the flavour starts infusing.
  3. Add one whole pod of cardomom, clove, 1/2 table spoon ghee and keep in the pressure cooker, allow the cooker to give one whistle.
  4. Open the pressure cooke and mix the rice then add the remaining ghee and decorate with cashews, very nice and a raita of choice (with cucumber, tomato) will be very nice to eat
