A crunchy white sandwich roll with a delectable salsa sauce as spread, the Mexican sandwich is typically enjoyed crispy hot with French fries and green salad.
- First of all prepare guacamole by mashing the avocado and mixing it with small chopped onion and salt.
- Then prepare the cooked bean paste. heat some oil and add garlic and tomatoes chopped and when it starts leaving the oil add the cooked beans and add chilli powder and salt according to your taste. then off the flame and when the paste is cooled pass it through the grinder.
- Take the slice of bread. first spread the guacamole and the on it spread the beans paste. toast it if u want to.
- Garnish it with salsa/tomato ketchup and onions and cilantro.
