Mango Rolls in Creamy Milk recipe - How to make Mango Rolls in Creamy Milk

Ingredients

For The Mango Rolls
2 mangoes
2 tbsp grated paneer (cottage cheese)
2 tbsp chopped mixed nuts
1 tsp cardamom powder

For The Milky Cream
500 ml milk
1/2 cup whipped cream
1 tbsp cornflour
5 tbsp sugar
Method

For the mango rolls

    For the mango rolls
  1. Peel the mango and make very thin slices like potato chips
  2. Mix all three ingredients, except mangoes in a bowl.
  3. Take a mango slice ,put a little mixture on it and make a roll
  4. Prepare all the rolls in the same maneer and keep aside.

For the milky cream

    For the milky cream
  1. Remove 1/4 cup milk aside and heat the remaining milk in a pan and bring to boil.
  2. Add corn flour in 1/4 cup of cold milk and add in boiling milk.
  3. Add sugar and mix well.
  4. Keep aside to cool and add the cream.

  1. Take a dish and place all the rolls.
  2. Spread cream mixture on it.
  3. Garnish with dry fruits and cherries.
  4. Serve chilled.
