    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a microwave safe shallow pan or flat tray and dry roast on microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes.
  2. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
  3. Dry grind into a fine powder. It can be stored in a moisture free place for future use.

It''s a superb accompaniment to dosa, idli n uttapa especially when you are running short of time and are unable to prepare sambhar. Tastes great and is easy to prepare.
