Non fattening with goodness of iron
Method- Blend and strain tomatoes, carrot and bottle gourd with little water to make a juice.
- Add the salt pepper, lemon juice, cumin seeds powder and sugar and mix well.
- Add finely chopped spinach leaves.
- Serve immediately.
