Method


  1. Boil paklak and grind into a paste.
  2. Knead the flour with the palak paste to form a dough in green colour.
  3. Grate panner and mix finely chopped green chillies.
  4. Add salt and pepper to the panner.
  5. Make balls of panner and keep aside.
  6. Make 12 balls of the dough.
  7. Roll out with the help of little flour and fill the panner mixture in it.
  8. Close it and again roll. make it in the size of a puri.
  9. Heat a griddle and put the roti and fry with ghee.
  10. Serve it hot with chutney
