Method


  1. Cook rice with 2 cups of water
  2. Grind corriander leaves,onion leaves,green chilli,garlic with enough water to make it a paste
  3. In a pan/kadahi,put ghee,add jeera,ground paste& frozen veg.(carrot,corn peas,beans,capsicum)& the bottom of) sring onions,until the weater is dry & the veg. are cooked
  4. Add cooked rice,&salt,mix well
  5. Turn off the gas,add lemon juice.
