Jaggery or gur, is pure, unrefined whole sugar, containing the natural goodness of minerals and vitamins inherently present in sugarcane juice combined with ginger, pepper and cardamom makes this healthy summer drink!
Method- Dissolve the jaggery in 2 cups water and strain.
- Add the ginger powder, mix well and boil the mixture.
- Strain and add the crushed cardamom, lemon juice and peppercorns to it.
- Serve chilled
