Being a housewife,most of us need to prepare a easy,quick,low calorie breakfast. Sandwich is preferred as a regular one. From my personal experience i feel "diet sandwich" starts the day in energetic track. Diet sandwich contains all the daily necessary vegetables. In other words,keeps all of us healthy.
Method- Cut cabbage in thin slices.
- Cut onion and capsicum in small pieces.
- Grate carrot and potato.
- Mix with fresh hung curd.
- Put salt and pepper
- Spread this mixture on bread and grill the bread.
- Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
