Ingredients

For sandwich
4 bread slices
2 boiled potatoes
1 tsp chopped green chillies
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tbsp chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
For Dahi
2 cups beaten curds (dahi), with salt to taste
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
chopped coriander (dhania)
4 tsp tamarind (with dates) chutney
1/4 cup sev
Method


  1. Mix all( except bread) the ingredients for the sandwich
  2. Spread evenly on two slices of bread and close each with the other slice
  3. Place the slices in a sandwich maker and take out after the sides are a little brown.
  4. Now you will have four triangular sandwiches
  5. Place each triangular sandwich on a plate
  6. Spread the curds over the slices evenly among all the sandwiches
  7. Garnish with the cumin & chilli powder, coriander leaves, sev and tamarind chutney.
