Dnt keep palak in boiled water for long ,if u wnt the color and nutrients intact of the gravy.
- -boil water in a pan
- -chop the palak,add to boiling water and strain it.
- -grind it in a mixer
- -in another sauce pan take butter
- Add maida ,keep stirring add milk ,salt and pepper,white sauce is ready .
- -in the same pan add palak paste and boiled corn,add salt to tase.dish is ready
