Chatpatta Crispy Cabbage Pakodas

Chatpatta Crispy Cabbage Pakodas are delicious and just perfect for monsoon and a crunchy evening tea time snack when the kids come back from school and also quick to make when you have unexpected guests.
Method- In a big bowl combine besan and cornflour. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Add enough water to make a thick smooth batter.
- Heat the oil in a deep kadhai, drop spoonfuls of the mixture and deep-fry a few pakodas at a time, on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Serve hot.
