Broken wheat kheer tastes delectable. It makes a delicious dessert. Cook this kheer in anon-stick pan for more thickness and creamy
- Boil milk.
- Than add dalia.
- Allow dalia to cook inside the milk.
- Than add brown jaggery and stir continuously.
- Till milk becomes thick and half of the original quantity and than finally add elaichi.
- It should be creamy.
