Method


  1. Boil and mash potatos.
  2. Add chillypast,garam masala,lemomjuice,corinder, pudina salt acc. to tast.
  3. Mix mida in 1-cup of water.
  4. Make small balls of mashed
  5. Masala potatos,
  6. Dip smalls ballsin mida.
  7. Then dip these balls in samiya.
  8. Deep fry these small balls till they become golden brown.
