Method


  1. Chop fine all the vegetables
  2. Wash the rice
  3. Put the pan on stove and add ghee/butter.
  4. When it boils add cloves,cinamon, garlic, ginger paster for few seconds.
  5. Add vegetables and cook for two minutes.
  6. Add rice and again saute for two minutes.
  7. Add water.
  8. Add salt and lemon juice.
  9. Add phudina leaves.
  10. Cover the pan and slow the stove and allow to cook for 15 minutes.
  11. After 15 minutes stop the stove.
  12. Garnish it with coariander leaves and serve with curd or any paneer curry.
