In any party, it is a must to include some snazzy drinks for the teetotallers too, so that they do not feel left out. The Non-Alcoholic Tropical Pineapple and Orange Drink with Coconut is one such option.
However, the risk is that it is so incredibly tasty, everybody will want this and only this! The flavours of pineapple and orange mix very well and are balanced beautifully by the mellow, soothing taste of coconut milk.
The whipped cream and coconut milk powder are piped out into the glasses and then topped with the tangy juice, so it melts and blends slowly and soothingly. This makes it a spectacular sight, with an even more awesome taste.
You can also try other choices like the Papaya and Orange Drink and Pineapple and Orange Drink .
Method- Combine the whipped cream and coconut powder in a deep bowl, mix well and fill it in a piping bag attached with a star nozzle.
- Combine the pineapple juice, orange juice and ice cubes in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Pour equal quantity of the drink into 3 individual glasses and pipe out the whipped cream- coconut mixture evenly over each glass.
- Serve immediately.
