A spicy pasta arrabiata is an italian specialty, which is popular across the continents due to its spicy taste and choice of aromatic herbs. Enjoy as a meal with soup or with breads of your choice.

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions, garlic and green chillies and saute till the onions turns golden brown.
  2. Add the tomatoes and capsicum and saut on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the tomato juice, chilli powder, basil, oregano, wine, and salt, mix well and cook for 3 minutes on a medium flame.
  4. Add the pasta and mix well and ensure the pasta is well coated in the sauce. Remove from flame.
  5. Serve hot and garnish with cheese and chilli flakes.
