Iron rich lettuce and celery teamed with crunchy apples to raise your haemoglobin levels. Being laced with a vitamin Crich lemondressing it helps to enhance the absorption of iron further.
- Combine all the ingredients for the salad in a bowl and mix well.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Just before serving, add thelemon dressing and toss well.
- Serve immediately topped with cornflakes.
