Easy to make tasty tangy pickle. . Made with cucumber and spiced up with chilli powder and mustard seeds.

  1. Combine all the ingredients, except the oil and yellow cucumber, and blend in a mixer till smooth. Keep aside.
  2. Peel ,deseed and cube the yellow cucumber and mix the cucumber and the grounded powder.
  3. Heat the oil and mix it with the above mixture and store in an air tight container.
  4. Preserve for 10 days.
