Ingredients


3 cups cooked farfalle (bow pasta)
1/2 cup grated processed cheese

For the sauce
1 recipe Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto
1 cup fresh cream
1 cup milk
salt to taste

Method

    For the sauce

    1. Put the sun-dried tomato pesto, fresh cream, milk and salt in a large saucepan and allow it to simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
    2. Remove from the fire and keep hot.

    How to proceed

    1. Just before serving, heat the sauce and toss the pasta in it.
    2. Garnish with cheese and serve hot.
