Ingredients

Method
  1. Parboil the baby corn, mushrooms, carrots and broccoli till they are tender.
  2. Drain and immerse them in cold water. Drain again and keep aside.
  3. Heat the oil in another pan and add the onions and garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Add the bean sprouts and fried tofu and sauté for another minute.
  5. Add the parboiled vegetables and salt and stir-fry over a high flame for a few minutes.
  6. Add the sauce mixture and bring to a boil, stirring continuously.
  7. Serve immediately.
