Ingredients
6 tbsp finely chopped cabbage
2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
2 tbsp finely chopped carrots
1 tbsp fresh cream
salt to taste
1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1 pinch chilli powder
4 bread slices
Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into 2 equal portions and keep aside.
  3. Place a bread slice on a clean and dry surface and spread a portion of the mixture evenly on top.
  4. Keep another bread slice on top and press tightly.
  5. Repeat the same with another bread slices.
  6. Serve immediately with tomato ketchup.

hey indu...how does raw veggies taste on a bread slice...i think it needs to be mixed with some cheese or paneer and grilled or baked..!
