Let you taste buds revel in the delightfully creamy mouth-feel of this vegetable preparation.

Although the word ‘makhan’ hints at the presence of butter—and of course, there is quite a bit of it—we can attribute the richness of the Vegetable Makhanwala more to the fresh cream and milk in it. Half a cup each of milk and fresh cream give this dish a luscious and creamy texture and rich flavour.

A dash of tomato ketchup and common spice powders give it a peppy and tangy taste, while a brilliant assortment of veggies contributes varied textures and colours to it. We have made this dish quickly and easily using the microwave .
