Main procedure
  1. Combine the paneer with ½ cup water and ½ teaspoon salt in a microwave-proof bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute. Keep aside.
  2. Combine the oil, onion paste and ginger-garlic paste in another microwave-proof bowl, mix well. Cover with a lid and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  3. Add the turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and tomato purée, mix well and microwave on high for 30 seconds.
  4. Add the cooked vegetables, milk, 1 tablespoon of cream, paneer and salt, mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  5. Just before serving, top with the remaining cream and serve hot.
