1. Milk - 1/2 cup
2. Water - 1/2 cup
3. Instant Coffee powder - 1 heaped tsp
4. Sugar - 2 level tsp
5. Vanilla essence - 4 to 5 drops
- Mix the milk,water, coffee powder and sugar in a vessel and allow the coffee powder and sugar to mix well. you can keep the fire at a minimum so that the coffee does not turn too hot. after the proper blending, adding the vanilla essence to the coffee. allow the mixture to come to a boil. then pour it into a cup and serve after 2 or 4 minutes.
