Don't strain once you have smashed the tomatoes. it gives a new taste. if you are giving it to kids, strain the juice. this is very healthy compared to instant and preserved (packed) juices. tomato is a super coolant and very easy to prepare.

Ripe tomato - 1 kg
Sugar - 15-20 tbsp (or to taste).

  1. Wash the tomatoes. pour enough water to immerse the tomatoes.
  2. Do not cut the tomatoes. boil until the tomatoes are cooked.
  3. Let it cool and peel the tomatoes.
  4. Smash the tomatoes well that no pulp is found.
  5. Serve chilled.
