mam my daughter is persuing diploma in nutrition and health care from IGNU.She has selected preparation of 5 sweet and savory dishs from Marathi cuisine and modifying the dishes by enhancing its nutritional value,for her project work.Kindly help me,if we add some souabean flour with wheat flour to enhance value of protein whether we will be able to prepare poli or notor the dough will be sticky or brittle.

Sweet corn and capsicum soup.. A thick creamy.. with a slight sweet taste.. I loved the combination of the corn and the roasted capsicum taste. The milk makes the soup more creamy, with a crunchy bite in every sip.
