પનીર (paneer, low fat paneer, benefits in Gujarati)પનીરમાં ઉચ્ચ ગુણવત્તાવાળા પ્રોટીન અને કેલ્શિયમ હોય છે, જે વજન ઘટાડવામાં મદદ કરે છે. પનીરમાં લો કાબૅ હોય છે અને પ્રોટીન વધારે હોવાથી તે ધીમે ધીમે પચી જાય છે અને તેથી ડાયાબિટીસના દર્દીઓ માટે સારું છે. પનીરમાં પોટેશિયમ વધારે હોય છે જે સોડિયમની અસરો સામે લડવામાં મદદ કરે છે, જે બ્લડ પ્રેશર ઘટાડવા અને રક્ત વાહિનીઓના સંકોચન તરફ દોરી જાય છે, જેનાથી હાર્ટ હેલ્થ સુધરે છે અને હાર્ટ એટેકનું જોખમ ઘટે છે. વજન ઘટાડવા માટે મહાન અને રસપ્રદ લેખો વાંચો, શું પનીર તમારા માટે સારું છે? લૉ ફેટ પનીરમાં, પનીર જેવા બધા જ પોષક તત્વો હોય છે, માત્ર ચરબીનો અભાવ હોય છે.
