Main procedure
  1. Heat the oil in a wok, add the garlic and spring onion whites.
  2. Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
  3. Add the noodles, tofu, peanuts, chilli powder, sugar, soya sauce, lemon juice, coriander, spring onion greens and salt. Mix well and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately.

Noodles, soft tofu, crunchy peanuts, spring onions and soya sauce combine to make a fab Thai noodle.
